This is a private accountability group where I work with a group of women to encourage and support them as they work toward upgrading their nutrition and eating habits and make exercise a part of their lives from HOME!
The focus is not about getting six-pack abs or reaching that dream number on the scale though those things can come as the result of your effort.
It is about discovering the strength you didn’t know you had.
It is about seeing food as something to fuel you, not to comfort or entertain you.
It is finding out that you are capable of more than you realize and your past habits do not have to dictate your future.
It is finding out that health can be a part of your lifestyle and it doesn’t have to be scary or even complicated.

As women we are often stretched thin by our work, kids, families and often we are depleted physically, nutritionally, and mentally.
This group will provide the TOOLS (fitness and nutrition tools) and SUPPORT to boost all three of those things. *fees required
